Jordan Eberle turning 20 years old today means no more World Juniors for him. Which is a bittersweet thing. He can move onto bigger things now. He’ll most likely be playing for Edmonton next year, and hopefully he can make a big difference for them. Yesterday, he made his debut for Team Canada in the Worlds, notching a goal and three assists. Not. Too. Shabby. 20′s a big year.  So, drinks, Jordan?

Yesterday, Jonathan Toews turned 22.  Yes, 22. Is it just me, or does it seem like the past few years have gone by so quickly? It seemed like yesterday when we were all watching him getting drafted, seeing his first seasoon in the NHL, or celebrating Tazer becoming legal. He’s 22 now, therefor, 22 pictures of my Winnipeg native captain. He’s got a beautiful smile, he just doesn’t show it that often.

Today, we celebrate. Today we celebrate 21 years of Jordan Staal. Gronk, or Staalsy if you will.  The youngest player to ever score a hattrick, two shorthanded goals in one game, and score on a penalty shot. The 2007 World Championship gold medalist, OHL All-Star, and 2009 Stanley Cup Champion. Yeah, that last one’s the best one.

So here’s 21 beers on us, Staal. Happy Birthday, Champ.
