Why I Love Hockey.

I can write an entire fucking book on why I love hockey. Hockey has been my heart and soul my entire life. Hockey has put me through hard times, and helped me get through hard times. Hockey has given me memories to last a life time and friends that I’ll never forget. I breathe it. I live it. Hockey is the one sport I’ll never get tired of. Even after the days of practice, training and games. Hockey is my calling and it always has been since I was four years old and used to sit in my basement in my Lemieux jersey cheering on my Penguins and Blackhawks even in their worst times. Hockey is my everyday language. Everywhere I go I see hockey. I remember hockey. Hockey has the will power to make me cry, laugh, paint my entire body yellow, scream at the top of my lungs, work until I collapse, make me try harder, and go through ridiculous measures to get on the Jumbotron. Hockey is my life. And it’s as simple as that.
